£50.00 deposit for hiring belly dancer for your event which is non refundable. Terms and conditions apply.
1 Please complete the rest of the payment on the day of the performance (before entering stage) or 3 days before the set date.
2 Client is obliged to make sure the venue is safe to perform, there is access to drinking water and toilets, the venue has adequate sound system and the music/costume/props has been agreed before performance
3 In case of bad weather, it is the client responsibility to make sure that the environment is safe for the performer.
4 It is the client responsibility to ensure the guests behave appropriate towards the artist, no touching is allowed (tips are only allowed to be given to hand) and children must not be present on the stage during the performance unless they are asked to.
5 Any lateness of the event organizer must be communicated to the artist, if the event is delayed more than 30min there is will be additional charge of £50.00 for every 30min.
6 Please re confirm your booking with artist 3 days before the event, always include the date, time, full address and if there is any parking.
7 Clothing requests (modest belly dance costume)/tattoo cover up has to be made in advance. Requests on the day will not be accepted.
8 Fire, sword belly dancing can be only done is venues suitable for this type of the entertainment and it is client responsibility to get the venue verbal/written permission.
9 By paying for this deposit you are automatically agreeing for these terms and conditions.
