Welcome to our beginner-friendly adult belly dance classes in Chiswick, West London. These weekly sessions are designed to help you connect with your body, build core strength, and learn elegant belly dance technique — all while having fun.
Whether you’re completely new to dance or returning after a break, this class is open to all fitness levels. Expect a warm, welcoming space with a focus on confidence, grace, and personal expression.

What You’ll Learn
Get ready to feel fabulous this Summer! Our Summer course features series of four belly dance classes that will focus on developing your technique and confidence.
Each class is 1 hour long and begins with a gentle warm-up to awaken the body and centre your energy. You’ll then learn foundational belly dance moves, which are built into easy-to-follow combinations. These combos are recorded at the end of each session and shared with students, so you can continue practicing at home at your own pace.
Please bring: water and comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Hip scarves are optional and available to borrow.
- Week 1 " Sassy Hips & Sunny vibes" In this upbeat combo, you'll learn playful hip drops, lifts, and a flirty figure 8 with traveling steps. Perfect for boosting confidence and capturing summer sparkle — no experience needed, just bring your sass!
- Week 2 " Shimmy & Shine" Feel the rhythm and let your hips do the talking! This class teaches a simple combo using basic shimmies layered with graceful arms and turns. Expect good vibes, great music, and lots of sparkle.
- Week 3 "Cheeky Combos & Summer Beats" This juicy little combo is all about cheeky hip accents and expressive gestures. We'll mix cute hip circles with shoulder pops and finger snaps — perfect for dancing to fun pop or Shaabi-style music.
- Week 4 "Goddess Flow" Channel your inner summer goddess with soft, flowing moves and elegant isolations. This dreamy combo features figure 8s, chest slides, and expressive arms — ideal for those wanting to move with grace and intention.

- Format: Drop-in or class pack available. 4 classes £44.00 or Drop in £12.00 per class.
